These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of dueDate, including web and mobile applications, features, and support services.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use dueDate only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
dueDate is an organizational and automation tool. It does not replace your legal, operational, quality, or inventory control obligations.
You remain solely responsible for monitoring, validating, and managing your inventory, including preventing the sale or use of expired or unsuitable products.
This responsibility remains with you whether notifications are delivered, delayed, incomplete, or not delivered.
Paid team access is offered as a one-time digital product with a defined member capacity and duration.
You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to operate and improve the service.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, and platform quality.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
If you request account deletion and approve it through the verification flow, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, dueDate and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
